Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Afro Bella Hair, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Opened or used hair extensions, wigs, and crochet braids
  • Hair care and beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Intimate or sanitary products such as combs, brushes, and hair accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Custom orders or special request items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Hair extensions, wigs, or crochet braids that have been removed from their original packaging but not used
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is posted).
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary).

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@afrobellahair.com and send your item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

To return your product, mail it to:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
  • Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
